Returns

Menopod is a personal use product. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original packaging, with all components included and undamaged. Returns must include proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number. Items not directly purchased from our website are not eligible for a return or an exchange.

Important Notes

New Menopods
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. Refunds will be issued minus return shipping costs. New Menopods include a 1-year replacement warranty for manufacturing defects.

Refurbished Menopods
Refurbished Menopods are final sale and not eligible for refunds. They are covered by a 60-day replacement warranty for manufacturing defects.

Bundled Products
If you wish to return a bundled product, all items in the bundle must be returned in their original, unused condition to qualify for a refund, minus return shipping costs.

How to Return Your Menopod

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customers may use any courier of their choice to return their Menopod. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered.

Please note: We use different return locations depending on where your order was shipped.

• Canada and international orders are returned to our Canadian return address
• U.S. orders are returned to our U.S. warehouse to help you avoid customs delays and additional fees

Important Notes

  • If you are returning a product from outside Canada, please mark the package as a “return” for customs acceptance.
  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, taxes, and duties.
  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees collected at checkout are applied toward cross-border import costs and are non-refundable.
  • Menopod is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item is not in original condition or is missing components

  • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items.

Steps for Exchanges

  • Email us at hello@menopod.com with your order number and a photo of the defect

  • Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement if approved

Gifts & Gift Cards

Refunds for returned gifts will be processed to the original gift giver’s payment method.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Final Sale Items

  • Refurbished Menopods (covered by a 60-day replacement warranty)

  • Bundled products without all items returned
