Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays, within 1–2 business days after you receive your order confirmation email.
During peak periods, such as holidays or major sales, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
All orders ship from Canada.
Shipping Within Canada
We offer free tracked shipping on all Canadian orders.
Orders are shipped using UPS or Purolator whenever possible. If your shipping address is a PO Box, your order will be shipped with Canada Post.
Estimated delivery time within Canada is 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
All Canadian orders include tracking.
Shipping to the United States
We offer free tracked shipping on all U.S. orders.
U.S. orders are shipped using Canada Post. Once the package enters the United States, Canada Post transfers the shipment to USPS for final delivery.
Your Canada Post tracking number can also be used on the USPS website for continued updates once the package is in the United States.
Estimated delivery time to the United States is 5–15 business days after shipment. Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs processing. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Duties & Customs – U.S. Orders
As of May 2, 2025, the de minimis exemption no longer applies to goods imported into the United States.
Products manufactured in China, including the Menopod, are subject to U.S. import duties when shipped from Canada. These duties are determined by U.S. Customs and are calculated and collected at checkout.
Customs clearance times can vary and may cause delays that are outside of our control. Menopod is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities. We monitor delayed shipments to ensure there are no issues. Once your package has entered the United States, USPS may provide additional updates if needed.
International Shipping
International orders ship using Purolator with preset, discounted shipping rates calculated at checkout.
Purolator helps ensure proper handling in accordance with battery shipping regulations. Once the shipment reaches its destination country, local couriers complete final delivery.
Estimated delivery time for international orders is 7–20 business days after shipment. Delivery timelines vary depending on destination country and local customs processing. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees required by their country. Menopod is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
All international orders include tracking.
Lost or Undeliverable Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the courier directly for assistance.
Menopod cannot replace or refund orders confirmed as delivered to the correct address. Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once the courier confirms delivery.
If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout, original shipping fees are non-refundable and additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Returns & Warranty
New Menopods
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. Refunds are issued minus return shipping costs.
New Menopods include a 1-year replacement warranty for manufacturing defects.
Refurbished Menopods
Refurbished Menopods are final sale and not eligible for refunds. They are covered by a 60-day replacement warranty for manufacturing defects.
Bundled Products
If returning a bundled product, all items in the bundle must be returned in their original, unused condition to qualify for a refund.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@menopod.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Holiday Shipping Deadlines (2025)
While delivery cannot be guaranteed due to courier variables, the following order dates are recommended for holiday arrival:
Canada (Ontario): Order by December 18
Canada (outside Ontario): Order by December 17
United States: Order by December 15
United Kingdom: Order by December 12
International: Order by December 10
Unexpected courier delays may occur, especially during peak holiday periods. For last-minute gifts, consider digital gift cards delivered instantly via email.
To allow our team time to enjoy the holidays, order processing will be adjusted as follows:
Orders placed December 24–30 ship on December 31.
Orders placed January 1 ship on January 2.
